What's Included in the Month-of Coordination Package?

Communication & Planning

Open for questions through the entire process via email or text

1 month out - Make and manage the timeline so your vendor team knows the plan

Vendor Management

Communicates with vendors 2 weeks before the wedding day

Distributes final timeline and confirms arrival times to all vendors

Day-of guidance

Up to 10 service on the wedding day. (Start Time: Typically getting ready. End time: Dance party has begun) 

Manage vendor setup and ensure everything is running smoothly and according to plan

Light decor set up (table numbers, guestbook, seating chart, card box, welcome sign, toasting glasses, etc.)

Ensure everyone is dressed and ready for all photos

Sending everyone down the aisle at the right time

Confirming you have the marriage license, and make sure it gets to the officiant

Coordinate events and announcements (church exit, grand entrance, champagne tower, cutting the cake, and preparing for dances, toasts)

Assist with any challenges and questions vendors or guests may have

Wrangle your family members for family formals

Slipping mom some extra tissues

Tackling drunk uncle Jerry if he tries to make an impromptu toast 

Allow the couple, family, and friends to relax and enjoy the day :)

DOES NOT INCLUDE: Transporting decor/rentals. Main transportation for guests. Heavy setup or large installations. Late-night tear-down. Handling food.

Complimentary Film/Content

While priory is making sure your day runs smoothly, I will have opportunity throughout the day to capture iPhone (content creation) OR Super 8 inspired clips though the day, creating you a small movie of the clips I capture! This is not full content or film services and there is no guarantee on the amount of or type of clips.
